Quizzes beat certificates: prove skill, get hired

Certificates prove you showed up. Employers pay for what you can do on Monday morning: ship a page, fix a bug, explain a decision. A PDF with your name on it says nothing about any of that.

That is why every Sabifirst roadmap ends each stage with a quiz, not a badge. You watch the exact lessons, then you prove it: score 70% or more and the next stage unlocks. Your best score per stage is kept, and your skill score is the average across everything you have passed. It can only go up by learning more.

Four mechanics make the number honest. First, quizzes gate progress. You cannot click through to advanced material on beginner understanding. Second, wrong answers explain themselves, so a retake measures learning, not luck. Third, lessons complete by watching to the end or by deliberate check off, and both feed the same progress bar. Fourth, the roadmap itself is the portfolio: finished stages map to outcomes like “a live client site” that you can show, not just claim.

So treat your Sabifirst path like an interview that never ends. Finish a roadmap, screenshot the 100% progress and the skill score, and link it next to your work. Proof travels further than promises.
