Sabifirst provides structured learning paths built on embedded third-party tutorials (primarily YouTube). Availability, ordering, and creator content may change without notice.

You must provide accurate details, keep credentials secure, and be at least 13 (16 in the EU). You agree not to abuse, scrape, circumvent access controls, upload unlawful content, or infringe intellectual property.

Embedded YouTube videos remain governed by YouTube's Terms and the creator's licence. Sabifirst does not claim ownership of third-party videos and is not liable for their availability or accuracy.

Sabifirst Pro costs ₦2,639.60 per month, billed in advance for each billing period through Paystack. All Pro sales are final: we do not offer refunds for active or elapsed billing periods, and there are no pro rata refunds for partial months or unused features.

You may cancel at any time (from your Paystack receipt or by contacting support) and you will keep Pro until the end of the paid period with no further charges. If you are charged in error (duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact privacy@sabifirst.com within 7 days and we will reverse it. EU customers: by subscribing you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabifirst is provided "as is" without warranties, and liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their residence. Contact: legal@sabifirst.com.
